In these Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean Minime Sydney ABN 98228949 and "you" means you the customer. Online address is online@minimesydney.com.au The Terms and Conditions under which you may purchase products from www.minimesydney.com.au are set out below.

These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between us and you for the supply of products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

By completing the customer application process and using the www.minimesydney.com.au site to purchase products you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

Currency

All prices are shown in Australian dollars.

Payment Methods and Processing

Minime Sydney currently accepts Visa and MasterCard and Bank Transfers only. Payment methods such as C.O.D. are not accepted. Payment will be cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. The credit card you are using must be yours.

Goods are sent when the total amount has been approved and debited from your account. In the case of an incomplete shipment, only the goods delivered will be charged. Placing your order means you are engaged in a contract, and that you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered.

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not be processed until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays.

Privacy Policy

We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of our customer and we seek to maintain that privacy under the strict requirements placed on us by the national Privacy Principles, the Privacy Act and general law.

Personal information which you provide including your name and the contact details is to enable Minime Sydney to process your order and provide you with updates on new product ranges, in store and on-line specials and promotions.
Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales Australia and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales Australia.

Taxes and Duties

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Late deliveries

When estimating the arrival of your goods consider the following:

Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
Orders placed after Midday will be downloaded into the system for processing the following day. Therefore orders will not be actioned and processed on the day ordered if order.
There will be no dispatch of products over weekends and public holidays. If your order does not arrive by the number of days specified contact us at online@minimesydney.com.au
In case of incomplete delivery, shipping will only be charged on the first delivery.  Goods will be delivered according to their availability. Minime Sydney will not be responsible for any delay of goods due to incomplete order forms or unattainable authorisations from credit card companies or banks.

Other Terms

Our website is provided in the state of New South Wales, Australia and conditions of use are subject to Australian law which governs this User Agreement. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances beyond of our control.
